| All orders are individually custom made by Island Photo Gifts. We work with |
| each customer to keep your gift personal and unique. |

| Most orders are completed within 5-7 days. Large quantities and orders |
| during holiday seasons, may take longer. |

| Your crystal will come in a satin lined gift box. Glass ornaments come with |
| a linen drawstring pouch. |

| If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us, within |
| 10 days, in it's original packaging for a complete refund. |
